Role Overview: The Business Systems Consultant is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations for the IT Team.
You will perform a variety of audits, manage IT inventory, and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks within our IT department.
You will specialize in software procurement.
Key outcomes for this role are: Enable the IT team to provide better internal customer service, be more efficient, keep track of procurement issues and deadlines Conduct account audits to create and maintain detailed documentation Provide troubleshooting support for end users This role requires: Detail-oriented skill sets Procurement and inventory experience Account auditing Documentation skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: Facilitate clear communication within the immediate infrastructure team and across the larger IT team.
Assist in preparing informative reports to aid in improving systems and services.
Utilize auditing lists to keep records current.
Address basic software-related issues and collaborate with IT specialist for more complex problems.
Assist in improving documentation, including licensing agreements.
Lead end-to-end software procurement process.
Assist in compiling data for audits, reports, and projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
