Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Food provided * Casual work attire * On-the-job training Responsibilities: -Take and set up deliveries - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in person - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $15.
