The ideal candidate should possess a background in service and have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:
$33,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet or exceed all company standard KPIs
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Learn patterns of Excellence to Wow clients
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Must have graduated high school, received a G.

D.
or equivalent
