The Senior Customer Service Representative (SCSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support during inbound and outbound calls for Indiana Medicaid members.
The representative is expected to manage a high volume of calls.
Your role: Assist members with maintaining their Medicaid/HIP coverage, benefits, and enrollment.
Answer account related questions based on specified campaigns Accessing and using Interpretive Language Services Research and anticipate healthcare needs, ensuring comprehensive issue resolution.
Champion member satisfaction by managing urgent issues and offering tailored solutions.
Drive process improvement by identifying gaps and collaborating with various departments.
