*Job Responsibilities:*
* Driving and transporting vehicles to and from Vroom locations
* Loading, securing and transporting vehicles on to a large car hauler
* Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy
* Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in working order at all times
* Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs
* Track and report working hours
* Adhere to company rules and regulations
* Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive in according to the weather/road conditions
* Comply with DOT regulations
* Make safety a priority at all times
* Report all accidents, incidents, or unusual occurrences to dispatch office immediately; submit written reports on accidents, experiences, or unusual circumstances as required
* Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
* Other duties as required
*Job Requirements:*
* *Must be open to varying shifts*
* *Must be open to traveling to various Hub locations*
* Valid and current Class A CDL with clean driving record
* 2 Years of continuous experience as a Class A CDL truck driver *(9 car, high rail hauler preferred, not required)*
* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
* Maintain a DOT Medical card
* 21+ years old
* Clean driving record with no moving violations in the last 3 years
* Must pass a DOT Physical, background check, and drug screen
* Be skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles
* Able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb as required to secure a vehicle
* Able to stand, walk, stretch, stoop, push and pull
* Able to work in an outdoor environment
* Able to use safety equipment, including non-slip shoes, gloves, and other personal protective equipment
* Ability to drive a manual transmission
* Be alert, focused, and detail-oriented
* Possess great physical stamina and focus during long driving shifts
* Be a self-starter who works well independently
* Strong knowledge and enthusiast of cars and trucks a plus
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
