Welcome guests to the brand, assist with phone orders, show off your menu knowledge to guests, ensures accuracy of orders, anticipate and respond to guest needs in a prompt and friendly manner, and invite them back again.
Greet walk in guests
Answer phone calls using a company suggested scripts in a fast and courteous manner
Accurately input orders into the computer system and coordinate proper times for carry out and delivery orders
Handle cash and credit transactions; accurately account for all receivables including cash, credit cards, coupons and gift cards.
Practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up at all times.
Assist delivery of meals to dine in guests
Ensure guest receives service above expectations
Assist in refills and packaging of food for guests
Complete daily and weekly duties and cleaning as assigned
Distribute marketing materials as directed and build brand awareness in a positive manner
Skills:
Identify and resolve issues as they arise
Detail oriented, good organizational skills and able to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent guest service skills, communication skills, and experience
Must have the ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions, and have strong menu knowledge
Computer skills (POS system)
Prioritize deliveries efficiently
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Exhibit good manners, positive attitude, promptness and proper hygiene
Ability to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for extended periods of time
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a reliable vehicle for making deliveries
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have proof of insurance
Knowledge of delivery area
Motor vehicle record in good standing
