Yard Truck Driver

Overview: Brief Description: Drive a truck throughout the yard to move material.
Responsibilities: Job Duties and Responsibilities: Move various loads of material to designated areas throughout the yard as instructed by management.
Safely operate roll off and tractor trailer equipment to transport material in most effective, timely manner as possible.
Perform daily pre-operational checks on tractor, ability to top off any needed fluids.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Required: Previous operation of roll off and/or tracker trailer a plus, but not required.
CDL not required as equipment will not leave the property.
Ability to safely maneuver equipment throughout the yard, i.
e.
awareness of customers and employee traffic.
Ability to work 1st shift hours w/OT and work on Saturdays.
Able to work in all weather conditions Self-motivated, team player dedicated to the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking clearly over a two-way radio.
Good decision making skills in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
