Shuttle Driver

*REQUIREMENTS: * Prior hotel van driving or van driving experience *DUTIES:* (Include, but are not limited to * Deliver guests in a safe and timely fashion to and from the hotel.
* Maintain hotel vans according to the supervisor’s directions.
(Fueled, cleaned, etc.
) * Clean ashtrays outside; keep the lobby neat and clean, vacuum canopy area, polish bell carts.
* Be aware of important events and locations in the city.
* Know the hotel layout, and be able to direct guests.
* Check the daily book to see if all the times for the shuttles are in the book for the day * Learn how to read the airlines' daily manifest to double-check that the books are correct for the week.
* Check the manifests weekly to make sure that they are in the system correctly and on the daily manifest correctly.
* Learn how to read the API daily changes when they come over on the fax * Print the daily API sign-in sheets for the day for the airline employees to sign in on.
* If there is no one to come in when someone calls off then the lead driver is responsible for coming in.
* Additional duties are assigned as needed by management.
