The *Parts Runner* picks up and delivers HVAC and plumbing-related items for residential and commercial service calls.
This person is responsible for the timely retrieval of parts and items and delivering customer satisfaction by building rapport and through collaboration with internal team members.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Pick up, receive, verify, and deliver equipment and materials needed for each job.
* Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
* Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.
* Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work nights and weekends if required.
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE:*
* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Clean, safe driving record.
