The In-Shop Team Member serves our customers by guiding them through the ordering
process, fulfilling their orders, and keeping our store in order.
Duties include greeting
customers, taking orders, food preparation, store cleaning and maintenance, and general restaurant duties.
The Delivery Driver delivers food orders to customers and serves as an In-Shop Team Member.
Duties include order delivery, guiding customers through the ordering process and fulfilling their orders, and keeping our store in order.
We are looking for applicants who will be mostly working in-store on our food line but also capable of fulfilling delivery orders during their shift.
Typically there are about 3-4 deliveries on a shift within our delivery zone of about 3 miles.
We will be marketing to our delivery area aggressively in the near future to increase the delivery orders.
This position is eligible for driver compensation + tips, as well as line tips.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age of 18
Ability to perform general restaurant and customer service duties
Customer service attitude and reliability in showing up for your shift and performing the duties of the job
Ability to learn, follow management directions and adapt to business needs and situations
Delivery drivers must provide a reliable delivery vehicle to use in their work and must have an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
All employees receive an hourly wage starting at $12, plus:

Previous restaurant experience
Previous delivery driving experience
