Truck Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including delivery trucks, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and vehicles with heavy equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Assist with the operation of forklifts or other equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Ability to operate various types of trucks, including roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and vehicles with heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating commercial vehicles
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and dispatchers
- Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload materials from trucks
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules
