Requirements: Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A Regional or OTR experience in the last 3 years.
No DOT Preventable Recordable accidents in the last 3 years.
No DUI in a personal vehicle in the last 3 years and no DUI ever in a CMV (Commercial Motor Vehicle).
Drivers who have undergone Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) treatment are not eligible for this account.
