Experienced 26ft Box Truck Driver - Class B Preferred Caruso is a family owned, 4th generation company that delivers fresh ready-to-eat, and pre-cut produce, sandwiches, salads, and fresh meal kits to retail distribution centers and direct-to-retail stores all over the USA and we are growing! We are looking for experienced Box Truck Drivers for Local Route/Delivery Driver positions.
Rotating Weekends Required Position Overview: The Delivery Driver is responsible for making deliveries to area customers starting in between 7PM and 9PM.
Must-Have 1 year of Verifiable Box Truck Driving or larger vehicle Driving Experience in the last 3 years.
Must have availability to rotate weekends.
Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities: Delivers high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
Determines placement of merchandise follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries and conducts safety reviews.
Maintains delivery logs and records.

00 per hour depending on experience and license type.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work 3rd shift.
Must have 1 year of verifiable box truck driving experience.
A good driving record including none of the following: Reckless driving.
DUI/OMVI.
Hit and Run.
Excessive Speed as defined by DOT (15+ miles over).
No Preventable accidents.
No more than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, work and drive in all types of weather.
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies, and procedures.
Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled.
Experience with refrigerated products and previous route delivery is a plus.
