Due to our plans for aggressive growth the Snow Division has an immediate opening for Snow Plow Drivers.
Responsibilities
Operate snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and pathways.
Follow established routes and schedules for effective and timely snow removal.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of snowplow trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during snow removal operations.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts.
Provide updates on road conditions and any obstacles encountered during snow plowing.
Maintain accurate records of snow removal activities including hours worked, areas cleared and any issues encountered via Aspire (landscape Software)
Requirements:
-Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic.
- Proven experience in operating snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment.
-Knowledge of safe snow plowing practices and familiarity with road salt and de-icing materials.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
