Safety Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience required.
- SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) drivers are accepted.

Truck Age Limit:**
- Trucks up to 15 years old are acceptable, but they need to be able to use ELD (Electronic Logging Device).

Onboarding Process:**
- Initial power-only load from driver's home to the company's yard.
- Once approved, drivers receive everything needed to be dispatched from home.

- SAP drivers pay $500 increments until reaching $2,500.
- The deposit covers potential trailer damages and safety concerns.
- Will be returned to the owner-operator on their last payment if no issues or damages occur upon leaving the company with proper notice.
