We have an opportunity for a Motorcoach Driver for this upcoming race season!
General Summary:
This role is responsible for the transport, maintenance, and overall operation of a specific Andretti Global Hospitality vehicle and serve as a member of the Hospitality Team by assisting in the set-up, operation, and maintenance of limited aspects of the hospitality program.
It requires establishing effective processes and procedures to ensure cleanliness, quality and consistent guest service delivery according to Andretti Global standards and operating practices.
The ideal candidate will have positive communication skills, high attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving aptitude to handle difficult situations.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare motor coach/vehicle each day, and monitor on-board systems (water, dump-tanks, etc.
)
Identify, report and address any problems or concerns that may develop with the motorcoach
May be tasked to additional hospitality responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
Stocking beverages and supplies
Guest relations: including greeting, general information and assistance
Guest tours
Assisting/supporting race team as needed
Prepare motor coach/vehicle for transport in a timely manner.
When complete, jump in & help team members with final preparations on their vehicle.
Equipment:
Primarily responsible for maintenance, cleaning, trouble-shooting, and in-house repairs of individual vehicle
Record/report all maintenance activities, including regular periodic maintenance, preventative maintenance, in-house repairs, and vendor service/repair.
Assist in preparing job lists/maintenance project lists
Requirements:
Must have Class A Commercial Drivers’s License
Must have experience with High end Motorcoach/Tour buses
3-year minimum violation free driving record
Follows all applicable DOT, DMV, State and Federal highway safety rules and regulations
Presents self in an appropriate/professional manner while transporting and at venues
The ability to work on their own initiative, effectively both as an individual and part as a team
Mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational, communication and project/time management skills
Work involves, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate to heavy weight, 75 lbs.

Guidelines:
Position is a traveling position that requires extensive domestic travel
Position is seasonal during the race season (March through September)
Position requires hours outside the traditional “8 to 5” working environment including weekends as needed
