Delivery Associate

We are looking for a motivated Delivery Associate to safely and efficiently deliver and install appliances to customers' homes or businesses.
Duties of the Delivery Associate include ensuring orders are accurate and complete before leaving the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly and professional during deliveries.
The ideal candidate should have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle, Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy item.
If you have previous experience in delivery and appliance installation, we’d like to meet you.
*Responsibilities:* * Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' homes or businesses.
* Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the store.
* Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly and professional during deliveries.
* Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating the delivery vehicle.
* Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise as needed.
* Communicate effectively with customers and handle any delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
* Keep accurate records of delivery activities, including time and mileage.
* Keep truck clean and clutter free.
* Keep warehouse area clean.
* Take items to scrap yard and return funds to store office for deposit.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
