Sat & Sun or could include Fri/Mon.
* Delivery in the Zionsville & Whitestown areas / Terminal is located in Zionsville Non-experienced drivers can expect to earn between $20-25 an hour, while experienced drivers average $25.
00-$35.
00 an hour.
Higher during peak (November and December).
The more efficient you are, the more you earn! *Qualified applicants MUST:* * Pass a BMV (driving) and criminal background check * Pass a DOT physical exam * Have a clean driving record * Be at least 21 years of age * Be able to lift packages up to 100lbs and place them on a dolly, if needed * Pass a pre-employment drug screen * Be willing to obtain (or already possess) a _FOR HIRE_ endorsement on their license (training provided)Delivery Driver Duties: - Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries - Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment - Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving Experience: - Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Proficient in route driving and navigating using GPS or maps - Ability to operate a box truck, step van, or other relevant equipment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as required - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Apply now to become part of our dynamic team!
