Trademark Paralegal

Trustpoint One is pleased to collaborate with a premier law firm in its search for a Trademark Paralegal in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
• Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management • U.
S.
trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status • WIPO filings • Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters • Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities • At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong initiative and problem-solving ability • Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures • Paralegal certificate/degree preferred • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time Qualified paralegals should submit a resume in Word format.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $70,000.
