*ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY*
Founded in 1955, Lewis Wagner, LLP is a growing Indianapolis Law firm which is currently hiring an Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Defense Practice Group.

*Responsibilities at Lewis Wagner will include:*
· Independent management of a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
· Investigation of facts and claims to determine causes of action and value of claims
· Attendance at court hearings in State and Federal courts throughout Indiana
· Research, analyze, and interpret law sources such as statutes, rules and regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions
· Participation in depositions
*Desired Candidate Qualifications include:*
· *Good standing status with the Indiana bar*
· Experience managing a caseload, experience with handling all aspects of litigation, an interest in developing litigation skills in other fields of practice
· Strong organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to provide writing samples
· Strong legal research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Exceptional teamwork skills in order to work effectively with all levels of staff and our clients
· Ability to support senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
· Deposition experience preferred, but not required

Pay: From $90,000.
