Kightlinger & Gray is looking for a talented Legal Assistant for a full-time employment opportunity based out of its downtown Indianapolis office.

Responsibilities:
Assists in drafting, editing, and proofreading of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manages deadlines and ensures timely submission of legal documents
Handles routine inquiries and provide general information under the guidance of attorneys
Manages attorneys calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinates appointments via Microsoft Outlook and ProLaw
Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and court personnel
Communicate with clients, counsel, courts, etc.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications and Skill:
A bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and office software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Efficient in ProLaw software
This position is eligible for in-office, hybrid, or remote schedule.
