Position Overview
The Lacy School of Business at Butler University seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in Business Law.
We are especially interested in applicants with a strong focus on business transactions and intellectual property.
The position start date is August 2024, and the standard teaching load is nine credit hours per semester with release time made available based on research productivity.
A willingness and ability to teach online is also expected.

Required Qualifications
Must have J.
D.
and at least 3 years of experience practicing law.
Must demonstrate ability to research and publish scholarly work.
Experience in business transactions and intellectual property.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or interest in anti-trust, bankruptcy, and/or business start-ups.
