One* is pleased to partner with a reputable, busy and well-established boutique law firm based in Indianapolis as they are seeking for a Probate Paralegal to join their newly Northside office location in *Indianapolis*.
This opportunity is a *direct hire* role.
The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys on their files as well as communicate with clients, courts, local agencies, and debtors in support of the attorneys and clients.
*Job Requirements:*
* 2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience
* Practical experience in real estate, probate and estates, collections, and/or litigation
* Experience with electronic case filing in both state court, federal and bankruptcy courts
* Handle Homeowners Association and Condo secured-debt collections (*NO* calls, *ONLY* letters and law suits)
* All candidates *must* be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
Salary range is $50 - 55K
