Supervising ever changing technical support policies for mobile devices.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all mobile device technical compliance is performed with minimal impact.
Ultimately, leading world-class mobile device technologies across end-user support with eminence while optimizing the mobile device program experience across all regions.
In this role, you will: Lead an experience team with technical mobile support service delivery.
Help ensure complete technical controls are accurately integrated with Deloitte systems.
Oversee coordination and reconciliation of mobile devices between offices and regions in accordance with security, regulatory and technical business requirements.
Accountable for achieving customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreement commitments.
Responsible for coordinating large application deployments, process changes, enhancements, and third-party acquisitions.
Understand and anticipate new mobile device technologies, capabilities, and the potential impact, both positive and negative.
Grows relationships with business leaders and users at all levels.
Promotes mobile device technical operation standards and services, engages stakeholders to understand business needs and maintains ownership for problem resolution.
Uphold mobile industry knowledge.
The team The National Mobile Device Technical Operations team serve as the liaison team for mobile device technical and finance escalations.
This group works closely with mobile device subject matter experts and resources locally, regionally, and globally to help drive effective support solutions.
This includes partnering with business leaders across all functions, Information Security Risk and Compliance, and the Office of General Council.
Our collective goal is to ensure mobile device technical operations and system policies are being followed and understood.
Accountable to develop and deploy cutting-edge mobile device technology operations with competence.

The professionals in the National Mobile Device Operations (MDO) Team deliver services including: Security, risk & compliance Technology support Mobile applications Relationship management Inventory management Vendor management Strategy Deployment Finance Operations Communications Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior level technical IT role Experience managing and supporting, complex policies and processes, troubleshooting and deployment/configuration of network security infrastructure and genuine customer service.
Minimum 2 years of management and leadership experience Expert Knowledge of Windows server platforms, Azure AD, AWS/GCP configuration - security, Microsoft o365, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102500 to $210600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
