This entry level position is full-time, FULLY REMOTE, and requires occasional all-expenses-paid work travel.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/litigation support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and a multi-tasker.
This is a role for Apple power-users, must know iWork and be skilled with iOS and macOS.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients
Gather and organize necessary documents and information
Conduct research and provide information to the Lawyer
Manage administrative responsibilities
Draft copies of legal documents
Confidentiality-minded
Requirements:
Excellent mathematical skills
General understanding of law office procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.
)
Experience in Federal and State litigation practice (A PLUS)
