* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents, team members and service providers regarding planned and completed tasks and provide required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
* Know the floor plans, rental rates, deposits, community amenities, community rules and regulations, and lease terms and be able to explain them accurately.

* Proficient use of Yardi, CRM, and Rent Cafe.

* Be an integral part of on-site leasing and marketing activity.

* Assure that all rental activities follow company policy.
* Keep websites updated and current.
* Be responsible for making sure the models, office, amenities, traffic path, and vacant ready apartments are inspected daily prior to opening.
* Make sure the common areas and curb appeal are as inviting as possible.
* Participate in resident functions.
* Know the market and report to Regional Manager any changes that occur.
*Qualifications and Experience Desired*
* BS degree in related field (desired).
* Trade association designation/training such as CAM, NALP, and Fair Housing.
* YardiOne, YardiCRM, Yardi MaintIQ, Rent Cafe experience desired
* Ability to oversee renovations
* Competency in MS Office and relevant database and software
* Able to lead and motivate.
* Must have and maintain a valid Drivers’ License.
* Strong verbal ability and excellent writing skill.
