Smoking allowed/room rental (Indianapolis)

SWPF looking for a room to rent on westside.
I do not have any kids, or pets-I do love animals and kids.
I work full-time m-f, part-time job with seniors, go to school for medical/billing coding, have transportation, have my own internet, very clean and respectful.
I do not have time for drama, so there is none.
I do smoke cigarettes, not a bunch but I will want to have a cigarette sometimes when I am around.
I am not going outside to smoke unless I want to go outside to smoke.
I can help with household chores, run errands, cook/bake along with outside work as well.
$75-125 weekly.
