Our large hair salon and day spa has been family owned and operated for 30 years, and while we have 40 employees, we are still able to maintain that small business vibe for our guests and staff.
Our front line, guest services staff are the lifeblood of our business who take extraordinary care of our customers and technicians.
If you worked at TM, you would; schedule dozens of hair and spa services by phone, email and in person at our reception desk, welcome guests into the business and make them feel at home, receive payment for services rendered and reconcile transactions at the end of the day, confirm upcoming appointments, ensure the atmosphere of the business is on brand, help with social media content, assist management with various administrative duties and help the business flow at peak performance.
