Kitchen & Bath Designer

Based on continued growth, we are looking to add Kitchen & Bath Designers for our Greater Indianapolis showrooms.
Successful candidates will be able to design kitchen and bath layouts, enhance customer satisfaction, and assist the store manager with meeting sales and profitability goals.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in design and have at least two years of kitchen & bath design.
Also, we are looking for candidates who can possibly move into a store manager role if desired.
This position is a base pay position plus commission.
*Responsibilities* * Work with customers on designing their projects * Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service * Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Assist store manager as needed *Skills* * Proven successful experience as a kitchen & bath designer * Ability and commitment to follow up with customers & prospects * Customer management skills * Strong organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.
00 - $75,000.
