It's very close to the intersection of 65th St and Keystone Ave; a 5 minute walk to CVS pharmacy and Krogger for grocery shopping.
As you can see, the living room and the bedrooms have huge windows.

You will have access to the gym and the park.
I want to sublet the place to someone who's very clean.
No smoking.
The rent will be only $299 per week through the weeks of Jan 2nd - Jan 16th.
Utilities (wifi/gas/electricity/water) are all included! A $190 security deposit is needed which be be returned at the end of your stay.
