Looking for a new roommate for our three bedroom apartment.
We're currently one gay guy, a straight guy and a straight girl currently all our 20s.
Our female roommate unfortunately has to move out of state with virtually no notice so we're looking to fill her room.
Our three bedroom is located on the second floor of a two flat.
The apartment has an oversized living room and includes free laundry in the basement.
We're a 5-10 minute walk to the Blue line stop.
We're pretty close to lots of good food and bars.
And there's plenty of free parking on our street.
We're open to living with a guy, a girl, and anything in between lol.
LGBT friendly.
Only ask for someone in a similar age range with no pets.
Hopefully someone we could be friends with.
Rent is $599 plus $75 utilities.
