$500 Sublease needed from 30th January 2024 to 30th July 2024 (Indianapolis)

Hello! I am graduating this January, so I need someone to take over lease my room as soon as possible.
Rent is $500 a month and will pay you the rest to cover once the lease is switched over, but am willing do communicate if this is not in your price point.
I am also willing to pay the first month's rent! The apartment is a 4 person suite and my other roommates are super friendly and clean! There is one guy and two other girls so anyone is welcome to sublease! Taking over my lease would begin anytime after January 30th, and the lease period ends in July 31.
$500 for rent, which covers all utilities.
Shower/tub shared bathroom.
includes washing and kitchen usage.
The rent covers all utilities, including heat, power, water, trash, and Internet Wi-Fi (Xfinity).
