This here big 4br apartment is in an ideal location for anyone needing to commute and catch the green line into town, or to walk on over.
Overall, this oversized apartment spreads throughout the 2nd and 3rd floor.
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, office/guest bedroom, a very spacious and comfortable dining room/living room combo, and a good size kitchen (with great amount of space that also includes a pantry with a second full-size fridge!) From the kitchen you can walk out into a relaxing back porch on the 2nd floor and sit out there enjoying all the great days and evenings during good seasonal times.
All-around, the apartment has that right kind of comfortable space that 4 roommates can all share and live in.
The apartment also comes with our very own laundry, free washer and dryer that the landlords provide.
The house is located in 225 Main St, Chico, CA , USA, a and quiet neighborhood.
Landlords live downstairs on the 1st floor.
Roommate group here are all working professional adults, 30 and up, working in teaching, medical research, and construction.
Our jobs has us maintaining wakeup hours that kick-start the energy of a lively and busy house, starting at 5 AM.
And so, we prefer someone whose primary work and life style can lineup with a similar schedule/routine as us, (early to bed, early to rise type of person.
) All of us here uphold a well established harmony of safe living conditions by way of respect, trust, and thoughtful considerations.
We value a clean house, a relaxed atmosphere, and peacefulness.
The room DOES NOT come furnished.
Big part as to why we are posting as early as this, is so that we can all find a great fit in all of us as a roommate group.
