I'm looking for a short-term or month to month roommate starting any time after Come home to impeccable interiors that reflect a high standard of design and offer total relaxation.
Whip up a culinary masterpiece in our chef-worthy kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen islands perfect for prepping or entertaining.
Then unwind in ultimate peace in our hotel-style bathrooms that sport soaking tubs and upgraded fixtures.
Just outside the door of our spectacular interiors, you’ll find access to everything that makes living remarkable, like a spacious resort-style pool, a fully-loaded fitness center, and a gated pet park — all set against manicured grounds with towering palm trees and clear blue SoCal skies overhead.

Large, three lumineux and propre, well furnished (lit, large armoire accessible, comfortable, table, chaise), near the Metro Mont-Royal and Laurier, also on the avenue.
Mont-Royal (cafés, magazines, supermarkets).
Pleasant quarter, near Parc La Fontaine and Parc Laurier.
TV stand, and 43-inch TV.
The room also has a walk-in closet, individual heat/AC control, and blackout curtains.
The private full bathroom has a shower-tub combo.
The unit has a washer/dryer and common areas are shared.
Building also has 24-hr concierge, a pool, grills, lounge w/billiards, gym, and a Luxer package locker.
ALL utilities are included.

April 1st for a 2 bed/2 bath townhouse that I own and live in located in 15 Monroe St, Brooklyn, NY.
I'm open to negotiating on rent but am thinking about $500/month including utilities.
I get that the shared bathroom is a dealbreaker for some and I'm really just looking for a good roommate fit first so there's some wiggle room with that number! (I mostly just rent out the room for extra spending money haha) I'm open to both male or female roommates though I'd probably prefer a female roommate (it's always worked out well with no problems or drama and I'd be happy to provide references from past roommates if needed!) I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, easy going, responsible, open minded, and hopefully someone fun and social who would want to hang out occasionally.
Also would prefer someone who didn't smoke or have pets due to allergies (unfortunately).
I'm 32 and work full time in the area as a civil engineer (50% remote, 50% work from home).
I love outdoor activities - hiking, biking, kayaking etc.
love to travel and go on weekend road trips, and love trying out new restaurants and finding new places to go to in the area! This is a small room that only fits a twin bed and small desk.
4 bedroom/2 bathroom home with in home laundry.
Private deck and shared yard.
The home is in a convenient location near groceries, shops, restaurants! No smoking, drugs, pets allowed.

you must want to be a part of a co-operative women's household and be good at communicating and conflict resolution, mature, responsible, clean and friendly, and have experience in cooperative or shared living.
The house has a large bright kitchen and dinning room which is overlooking a cute small secluded yard with room to garden.
We are 2 other very nice Queer women living here and the house is cooperative but independent.
We are interested in maintaining a multi-generational household from 30 yrs old up, that is committed to creating community and good vibes.
We keep the rent affordable to keep the space available to our Queer community and in return i am looking for women who are interested in helping to create an enjoyable healthy and cooperative living space sharing chores, friendship, communication and helping to keep the house clean.
House has a washer dryer and plenty of street parking available.
NO pets please.
There is never more than 15 people here.
These are parties/small events that do NOT include heavy drinking, so the most you’ll hear is loud laughing and music, sans all the drama.
I would like to keep the low key atmosphere flowing.
The cheaper rent is to offset the inconvenience, as my events do happen 1-2 times a week.
You are more than welcome to attend the events, just help pitch in for the costs if you do (usually just the price of soda and ice for the cooler, I currently have my events as potluck style) as well as help clean up, if you attend.
If you decide to have your own parties here, too, we would share the rent equally.
Game Nights are the hot ticket party we have around these parts, so prepare to be surrounded by a lot of amazing, nerdy, Ren-faire loving, LARPing, free spirited gamers! **ONE YEAR LEASE** You will be signing a lease renewal with me.
