Kitchen/living room is completely shared between everyone.
The security deposit would be applied to the first months rent.
You will have 1 parking spot close to the front door, but there is a park across the street with unlimited overnight parking.
We also have a garage that offers some extra storage.
The apartment complex is very relaxed with very friendly neighbors, & friendly maintenance workers.
In unit washer & dryer are on the balcony in the outdoor closet.
The community offers a pool, gym & jacuzzi in the complex.
We have very friendly cats, a male & female.
Both are clean & their foods/litter are kept in their own rooms.
We have all basic kitchen appliances & the living room is already furnished (but a lot of things may leave at current lease end - let us know if you have things to bring).
2 females are in the other 2 rooms.
We would prefer a couple to move in, but anyone is welcome! Great location the nearest train station to your location is the Indianapolis Train Station.
