Its the smallest room in the home, but cozy space & within a few minutes walking distance to many stores.
Monthly room rental rate is $550 a month & includes all utilities, trash, wifi, netflix /hulu.
Shared kitchen, bathroom & living room that has a hockey table & skee ball.
You will share the home with two other roommates who work, go to school & keep things clean & chill.
$100 deposit & must pass housing application.
No pets.
Smoking ok.
