I am a non-smoker and have no pets and would prefer to find the same.
You would have the master bedroom with in-suite private bathroom and walk-in closet.
Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit.
There is a nice patio off the kitchen.
Free assigned covered parking on premises (no shoveling snow off your car).
The cost is plus utilities.
The neighborhood is cute and peaceful and very short walking distance to Wonderland Lake with many great trails.

I am open to shorter periods than the entire lease duration (minimum of 6 months).
Regardless of time period, the leasing office would add you to the lease and run their standard credit/criminal check (application fee is).
