*Job Type:* Full-Time

*Salary:* $40,000.
00 - $60,000.
00 per year based on experience
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Provide amazing customer experience, serving as the first line of contact for our customers
* Ensure all freight is serviced to meet/exceed the customer’s standards
* Communicate needs of customer and changes to the operations teams
* Develop and maintain customer relationships, while achieving company defined operational metrics
* Manage accounts receivables within specified guidelines
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers and receivers
* Maintain current customer rates in the Transportation Management System and Fuel Surcharge by Customer
* Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation markets to address inquiries from team members
* Manage the overall execution of an account at an operations management level
*Requirements:*
● 2+ years of experience with being a Transportation Brokerage Account Manager
● Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
● Proficient computer skills / software navigation capabilities
● High attention to details
● Able to communicate effectively with a team
