*POSITION OVERVIEW:* As a Key Account Manager at Winthrop Capital Management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with our individual and institutional clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and exceeded.
You will be responsible for understanding their objectives, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Your success will be reflected in your ability to hold yourself accountable, to continually learn, to provide and receive direct feedback, and to stay motivated to solve complex problems.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Client Account Management • Assist clients with various account requests such as opening, closing, and funding accounts.
• Facilitate the transfer or withdrawal of assets as per client needs.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
· New Account Onboarding • Manage and coordinate the new account set-up process, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain internal documentation related to account opening and client profiles.
· CRM and Data Management • Maintain up-to-date CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and transactions.
• Manage and update distribution lists for client communications.
· Business Development Support • Assist in the production and customization of new business proposals tailored to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
· Client Communication and Meetings • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Compliance and Reporting • Ensure that all client accounts and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on account status and performance metrics.
*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:* · Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
· Prior administrative or client-facing experience in an investment or financial setting preferred.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is a plus.
· Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and confidentiality.
