We seek an account manager assistant to maintain a portfolio of assigned customers and answer client queries.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the customer experience.
(CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior.
Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet an orientated approach.
Keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Serve as the point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skills
Must speak fluent English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
Work experience in logistics, export/import, and global trade companies is preferred, but we can train the right candidate.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager Assistant, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
