Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or technology sales
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proficient in outside sales techniques and strategies
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
