As the Managing Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the brokerage, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
*One of your primary responsibilities (approximately 50%) will be recruiting and onboarding new agents.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, including monitoring transactions, reviewing contracts, and managing financials
Recruit and train new agents, and provide ongoing support and guidance to current agents
Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and increase profitability
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and policies
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other brokers, and industry professionals
Analyze market trends and implement strategies to maximize growth and profitability
Provide guidance and support to agents on marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques
Requirements:
Active Real Estate Broker license
Minimum of 5 years of real estate industry experience, with 3 years of experience in either management, leadership, or recruiting roles.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Exceptional communication
Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations and laws
Experience in recruiting and training agents, as well as developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
