We encourage you to join this incredible team, and succeed with us! General Job Duties BAM Capital is looking for an experienced Content Manager who is both creative and analytical with a diverse background of knowledge.
This role will be responsible for proofing graphic and video content created by the content team, managing organic and paid social media pages for all business pages, managing the creation of presentations/decks/videos through the initial stages, approving brand standards on all content, managing three in-house and one outsourced staff, and assisting with the implementation of paid advertising strategies via brainstorming, vendor vetting, and reporting.
Required Technical Skills Social Media Paid and organic strategy and tracking Content calendar creation and maintenance for corporate business pages Marketing campaign creation and maintenance Schedule of content (eblasts, ads, etc) Able to adjust plans efficiently Paid ad creation and evaluation Digital ads via social media, Google Ads, etc Copywriting and proofreading experience For bulk emails, drip campaigns, ads, etc.
