*Position Overview*
Over the last 13 years, Property Pros Land Management, LLC has become the premier Landscape Design and Build firm in the area, with a stellar reputation in the Indianapolis community.
Based out of Fortville, Property Pros services all of central Indiana with their landscape maintenance and outdoor design needs.
The Sales Representative will utilize their strong attention to detail to create accurate design estimates for new and existing clients.
*Essential Responsibilities for the Sales Representative*
· Meeting with new and existing clients to create accurate design estimates, including labor and material quantities.
· Measuring and surveying client properties, and reporting project requirements to the Sales/Design team and/or subcontracted designer.
· Gathering and compiling take-off data for use in developing accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for a variety of landscape and hardscape projects.
· Following the _Property Pros Land Management Sales Team: Standards of Process_, which will ensure a professional and consistent experience for all clients.
· Assisting the Sales/Design team in generating new business, as well as additional sales to existing clients.
· Helping the Sales/Design team hit yearly sales goals, which are set by the Executive Director and Director of Sales & Design.
· Providing completed estimates to the Director of Sales & Design, and communicating all important details of the project, in writing, in the job folder.
· Understanding the client’s needs and wants, providing ongoing communication with the clients, and relaying any information to the Production Team to guarantee client satisfaction.
· Attending weekly meetings with the Director of Sales & Design, which will include a review of current workload, upcoming workloads, current estimates, etc.
· Completing any other duties, as assigned.
*Knowledge and Experience*
· High school diploma or GED, required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping field, preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an estimating role, preferred
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Apple products and systems
· Capable of meeting with clients at their homes
· Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to read and write
· Self-motivated, with the ambition and willingness to take initiative
· Highly organized and able to follow processes
