Job Facts: The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Account Specialists that execute Sales contract and revenue retention efforts as well as drive business opportunities in both established and new accounts.
The Inside Sales Manager has accountability for multiple Point of Care products in managing the team to achieve sales and financial goals, through business plan development, coaching and developing, with a heavy focus on deal strategy to contract renewal execution across the portfolio of products.
The Inside Sales Manager and team will collaborate with Field Sales on selected accounts, as well as have accountability to own total account management of current contracted customers.
Interacts with Sales Leadership to communicate sales performance, collaborates with Marketing to implement promotional strategies, Field Sales to monitor market/competitive intel, including engagement with relevant internal stakeholders relative to process improvement on related projects.
Assist Senior Leadership in overall operations of assigned department(s) to include managing the budget and all assigned resources.
Provides leadership to ensure department objectives and goals are achieved.
Directs and implements strategic and tactical plans.
Has full discretion on all employment decisions for department staff including hiring, training, performance management, and progressive disciplinary actions.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
Mobilizing their team to deliver results while establishing a winning spirit and a culture of accountability by motivating individuals to meet and exceed their sales targets.
Accountable for results and subsequently holds individuals on their team accountable.
Takes initiative to fully own the responsibility to deliver on commercial goal achievement.
Effectively takes high level strategic direction and establishes clear and focused plans for execution in order achieve sales goals and meet organizational commitments.
Coaches and assists individuals to take a focused and effective selling approach.
Finds new ways to approach their customers, their team, and internal processes and drives better business performance and outcomes as a result.
Collaborate with all relevant departments across the organization to ensure that issues are addressed.
Takes ownership of the skill and career development of the individuals on their team.
Provides timely and focused feedback.
Positively impacts the skillset, business acumen, and career of team members through coaching and strong engagement in customer interactions with consistent guidance.
Preferred experience in the Point of Care diagnostic and Integrated Health Network space.
Who you are: Bachelor’s Degree- or equivalent experience 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience with demonstrated success Proven management and leadership abilities High level of sales proficiency and/or industry specific experience Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations Strategic planning and organizational skills Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills Ability to work within a regulated environment Relocation benefits not available for this role.
