2024 Summer Intern - Corporate Accounts
Department Summary
Roche Diagnostics offers a broad range of innovative diagnostic tests and systems that play a pivotal role in the groundbreaking area of integrated healthcare solutions.
Our products cover the early detection, targeted screening, evaluation, and monitoring of the disease.
Corporate Accounts has responsibility for the most complex, highly visible, and largest laboratory customer in the US market.
Working in Corporate Accounts requires a high level of business and financial acumen, familiarity with the key commercial, contracting, pricing, and legal challenges that arise during negotiations, excellent negotiating skills, and the ability to learn all business areas within Roche Diagnostics.
This internship position is located in Indianapolis, on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on strategy and customer-facing content for RFPs and upcoming customer opportunities (presentations, trade shows, business reviews)
Required to collaborate with many teams across the organization to build out high-level training and resources (websites, brochures, guides, presentations, reporting) with groups such as Marketing, Data Analysts, Pricing, Contracts, Finance, Strategic Affairs, and others
Update internal resources that aid the Corporate Accounts team (internal navigation guide, the CA Google site, product guides, best practices, LearningLoft/training resources
Program Highlights
Intensive 12-week, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are
Required Education:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Preferred Majors:
Business Administration/Marketing
Finance/Economics
Communications
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
