Principal Function: The Digital Video Intern is responsible for creating finished video and audio components for Conner Prairie's Learning Portal.
In this role the intern will be a part of writing, producing, filming and editing their own videos from start to finish.
The intern will also support existing video and audio projects, including Conner Prairie's virtual tour, ongoing documentaries, live streams and other videos related to festivals and events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with the Director of Digital Experiences in filming of interviews and b-roll to develop their storytelling abilities and learn the filmmaking process.
Execute their own independent video edits.
Coordinate and problem-solve new video content that aligns with Conner Prairie’s Mission and educational philosophy.
Carry through video projects to publication on the Conner Prairie Learning Portal.
Supports other Digital Experience and Marketing projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: College student with an interest in videography, digital filmmaking, video editing and education.
Required: Basic knowledge of editing with a non-linear editor (Adobe Premiere), willing to be flexible and problem-solve, attention to detail.
Length of Internship/Hours/Rate of Pay: 30 hours/week for 6 weeks June 3- July 2024 $13.
50/hour for up to 180 hours Will coordinate and flex schedule around academic commitments as necessary.

m.
, Tuesday through Sunday, but this position will generally be working Monday through Friday.
