*Position Summary: *
The Sales and Operations Director at Engineered Facades reports directly to the President and is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, general contractors, and architects.
This role is instrumental in the growth and success of the organization.
Key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and implementing a strategic plan
* Driving sales targeting and bid strategy activities
* Reviewing and approving all estimates and bid proposals provided to customers
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
* Execute relationship building plan
* Engage with owner and architects on project design requirements
* Define bid strategy, project complexity, and project phases
* Attend company meetings as required
* Attend trade shows and trade association events
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
* Five (5) years’ experience in estimating, engineering, project management, or field operations preferred
* Five (5) to Seven (7) years’ experience in sales
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and an understanding of modern construction industry systems
* A mindset for solutions selling, taking initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to effectively communicate and work remotely
* Ability to travel to oversee projects, and to meet with customers and suppliers
* Advanced organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* Broad and in-depth business background with a reasonable working knowledge of technical aspects of the design/build construction
* Ability to develop project solutions and develop projects from design to execution
* Identify and cultivate long-term business relationships with building owners and managers
* Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

Pay: $100,000.
00 - $120,000.
