What We Offer: Medical, Dental & Vision Life Insurance Long-Term & Short-Term Disability 401K Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave 6 weeks' guaranteed training pay of $500/week On-Job Training Responsibilities: Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives Negotiating deals with customers Accurately logging and organizing activities using customer relation management software Learning to overcome objections, persuade others, and guide them through the steps to the sale Delivering sold vehicles to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and the personal relationship with your customer Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales Requirements: Self-driven and motivated Results-oriented Previous dealership experience desired, though retail/service/hospitality experience is welcome Excellent communication skills Experience generating and/or building a loyal customer base Knowledge of current trends in the automotive market considered a plus Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
