Overview:
Kimley-Horn is looking for an entry level product sales and marketing representative join our firmwide technology solutions team in our Indianapolis, In office! You will have the opportunity to drive growth with new and existing customers in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
This is a highly cross-functional role with great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s software business in its next stages of growth.
This is an in-office opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Support or lead product demonstrations internally and externally via presentations, webinars, in-person meetings, tradeshows, and conferences
• Communicate the value of Kimley-Horn technology solutions
• Cultivate and grow working relationships with internal partners across the firm
• Drive software sales and revenue with internal and external customers
• Identify new customers and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams/partners to align sales plans and objectives
• Inform marketing collateral and pricing models based on market knowledge
• Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month)
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Passion, drive, and self-motivation
• Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
